The apartment is only 1.2 km from the train station and 500 metres from the city centre. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. Cleaning at my expense. A private parking space in the enclosed enclosure in front of the building is available (as an option for a fee) and access to the leisure terrace and spa/jacuzzi area is without leaving the property through a door 10 meters from the entrance of the building. The carp pond is secured with an anti-fall net and bathrobes with pairs of sandals are at your disposal to enjoy the spa/jacuzzi heated to 36/37° all year round (optional for a fee). Meals can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace, an electric barbecue can be provided. Fitness room (optional for a fee) This room is privatized for your session in order to guarantee you comfort and health safety.

Our structure provides free of charge certain amenities for cyclists, such as:
- Provision of a covered and closed bicycle garage in the immediate vicinity
- Supply of a set of tools dedicated to cycles and a maintenance stem to facilitate overhauls, as well as a pneumatic inflation pump.
- Possibility of providing a free shuttle service for the transfer of train station/apartment, luggage and people.

Possibility of secure uncovered parking inside the enclosure for 5€ per car per day.
Possibility to have an extra bed for 10€ per day.
Pets allowed (20€ for the whole stay as well as a deposit of 150€)
